Affordable Bali Package from Nairobi | 7 Days 5 Nights
The Udaya Resorts & Spa and Jimbaran Bay Beach Resort & Spa or similar
Seven days in Bali from Nairobi: flights through the Gulf, your e VOA and the Bali tourist levy, two nights in an Ubud suite with its own pool, three nights by Jimbaran Bay, a private day among the rice terraces and temples of Ubud and the Kecak fire dance on the cliffs at Uluwatu, in one price.
Affordable Bali Package from Nairobi: seven days and five nights with return economy flights from JKIA through Doha or Abu Dhabi, checked baggage, your Indonesian e VOA and the Bali tourist levy all taken care of. You begin with two nights in a Pool Suite at The Udaya Resorts & Spa outside Ubud, with a private pool beside the jungle and one floating breakfast served in it, then move south for three nights with breakfast at Jimbaran Bay Beach Resort & Spa, a minute's walk from the sand. Private transfers take you from the airport to Ubud, on to Uluwatu and Jimbaran and back to the airport.
Your days take in a private driver for a full day around Ubud, with the Tegallalang rice terraces, the water temple of Tirta Empul and the Sacred Monkey Forest, then sunset at Uluwatu Temple with the Kecak fire dance. Kenyan passport holders need the e VOA, a yellow fever certificate and the free All Indonesia arrival card, and your planner walks you through all three. One price per person sharing covers the flights, hotel, transfers and every experience listed below, and one Baecation planner stays with you on WhatsApp from booking to landing home.
Bali is the trip many Kenyan couples have saved on their phones for years: a pool of your own looking into the jungle, green rice terraces, temples on cliffs above the Indian Ocean and dinners with your feet in the sand. It is a long way from Nairobi, with no direct flight, so we built this package to give you five full nights on the island rather than squeezing it into a weekend.
We split the stay on purpose. Ubud comes first, while your energy is high, because it is the cultural heart of Bali and where the pool suites are. Then you move to Jimbaran in the south, a calm bay famous for seafood grilled on the beach, about 15 minutes from the airport. On the way down you stop at Uluwatu for the sunset fire dance, so the long drive becomes part of the day rather than a gap in it.
The days are paced for two people on holiday. One full day of sightseeing in Ubud, one evening at Uluwatu and then three nights by the sea with nothing booked, so you can rest, add a boat day to Nusa Penida or simply stay by the water. Your planner files your e VOA and Bali levy with you and answers on WhatsApp if anything changes.

About Package
More information about this package
Two hotels, two moods: Two nights at The Udaya Resorts & Spa near Ubud, then three nights at Jimbaran Bay Beach Resort & Spa or comparable hotels confirmed at booking. Breakfast is included at both.
Your pool suite in Ubud: You stay in a Pool Suite of about 100 square metres at The Udaya, detached from the main building, with a king bed, a private terrace and your own pool beside the jungle. The semi open bathroom has a bathtub that looks out over the pool.
A floating breakfast: One morning your breakfast is served on a tray floating in your private pool, a service The Udaya offers only in rooms that have their own pool.
The Udaya: The resort sits in Tegallantang village, about 7 minutes from Ubud centre, with Kaveri Spa, Deeva restaurant and a free shuttle into Ubud and back every two hours from 10am to 10pm.
Your room by Jimbaran Bay: Three nights in a Deluxe Room of about 29 square metres at Jimbaran Bay Beach Resort & Spa, at the Kedonganan end of Jimbaran Bay, a minute's walk from the beach and the seafood cafes on the sand. The resort has an outdoor pool, a poolside bar, Hiu Restaurant and the Baruna Sky Lounge on the roof. The airport is about 16 minutes away.
Flights through the Gulf: There is no direct flight from Nairobi to Bali. Qatar Airways flies every day through Doha and Etihad flies five days a week through Abu Dhabi, each with one change and checked baggage on your fare. You leave JKIA in the afternoon, land in Bali the next day and on the way home land at JKIA early in the morning.
Ubud with your own driver: A private driver takes the two of you through the Tegallalang rice terraces, Tirta Empul water temple and the Sacred Monkey Forest, with every entrance fee included and time to stop wherever you like.
The Kecak at Uluwatu: On the way south you watch the Kecak fire dance at sunset at Uluwatu Temple, on a clifftop above the Indian Ocean. Your temple and show tickets are included.
Before you fly: Kenyan passport holders need the Indonesian electronic visa on arrival (e VOA), applied for online at least a week before you fly, a yellow fever certificate and the free All Indonesia arrival card, filed within the three days before you land. The e VOA fee of IDR 500,000 and the Bali tourist levy of IDR 150,000 are included in your price for each of you.
Full entry guide: Every entry rule, with the official links, is explained on our Bali page at baecation.co.ke/bali.
Temple dress: Temples in Bali ask for shoulders and knees to be covered, with a sarong and sash, which are provided at the gate.
Staying safe: Never touch or feed the monkeys at Ubud or Uluwatu, as rabies is present in Bali. Choose beer or wine over cheap spirits, as counterfeit spirits can contain methanol, and skip the scooter, as your driver handles every included journey.
Travel cover: Bali is open and welcoming to visitors. Your flights connect in the Gulf, where tension has led to short notice airspace closures this year, and volcanic ash from eruptions on Flores, east of Bali, has cancelled Bali flights more than once since late 2024. We book changeable fares where the airline offers them, recommend travel insurance that covers flight disruption and medical costs and tell you straight away if official advice changes before you fly.
One planner, start to finish: Your Baecation planner files your e VOA and Bali levy with you, sends your e tickets and vouchers before you fly and stays reachable on WhatsApp throughout. If a flight moves or the weather changes the plan, you message one person instead of five companies.
Package Itinerary
The package itinerary is as follows
Affordable Bali Package Itinerary with Baecation Adventures from Nairobi
Qatar Airways flies daily: it usually leaves JKIA at 17:00, connects in Doha and lands in Bali at 17:20 the next day, and the flight home usually leaves Bali at 18:50 and lands at JKIA at 07:15 the next morning. Etihad flies on set days through Abu Dhabi, landing in Bali at 11:35 and leaving at 18:45, which gives you a longer first afternoon. Bali is five hours ahead of Nairobi, and your planner confirms the exact flights on your written quote before you pay. Temples and the Sacred Monkey Forest can close for ceremonies or in storms, so your planner moves stops between days when needed. From November to March, the wet season, showers usually come in the afternoon, so the Ubud day starts early. Bali airport closes for Nyepi, the Day of Silence, on 8 March 2027.
