Yes. Our couple packages include comfortable transport from Nairobi and back, which is one of the reasons our quotes look complete rather than optimistic. For coastal trips the transport is usually the Madaraka Express train with a transfer at the other end. Anything that is not included is written on your quote before you commit.

Do bear in mind that self driving is not always cheaper once you count fuel, tolls and the wear of a long drive, and on some routes the road conditions make a driven vehicle the better call. Machakos and Lukenya are roughly an hour out. Kereita in Limuru is about an hour. Naivasha and Sagana are both under two hours on good roads, and Nanyuki is around three. If you are leaving after work on a Friday, anything under two hours means you arrive in time for dinner instead of arriving exhausted.

One night is enough for destinations within two hours of Nairobi and two nights turns the same trip into a proper break. For anywhere over three hours away, plan two nights so the drive is worth it.
