One night at Aberdare Country Club, or similar. Colonial-era grounds in Mweiga with a golf course and gardens, giving the birthday a proper first day rather than a rushed one.
One night at The Ark, or similar. The original Aberdare tree hotel, reached by a mandatory lodge transfer from Aberdare Country Club, fixed early-afternoon departure, no self-driving up.
Floodlit waterhole viewing included. The Ark's decks and many rooms look directly onto its own lit waterhole through the night, with a buzzer system if larger game come down to drink.
Golf and garden access at Aberdare Country Club. Greens fees are on request, but the course and grounds are there to use as part of the stay.
Private return transfer via Bamm Tours. Road only, about 150 km from Nairobi via Karatina on the A2, roughly two and a half to three hours each way.
Optional adrenaline add-ons nearby at Chaka Ranch. Paintballing, go-karting, and quad biking are all bookable close to Nyeri town if the birthday calls for something more active than a waterhole deck.

Day 1
8:00 AM — Pickup from your Nairobi address or hotel, departure north on the A2.
10:30 AM — Arrival at Aberdare Country Club, check in.
11:00 AM to 3:00 PM — Free time: golf, garden walks, or optional Chaka Ranch activities (paintballing, go-karting, quad biking) nearby.
7:00 PM — Dinner at the Country Club.
Day 2
8:30 AM — Breakfast, then transfer up to The Ark in the lodge's own vehicle.
11:00 AM — Arrival and check in at The Ark.
12:00 PM to 6:00 PM — Free time on the viewing decks and around the lodge.
7:00 PM — Dinner at the lodge, followed by evening waterhole viewing after dark.
Day 3
