LONG PACKAGE DESCRIPTION
Amboseli does not have to be expensive. By sharing a safari van with a small group of other travellers, you split the biggest cost of any road safari and keep the price low. What you get is the same park, the same elephant herds and the same chance of seeing Kilimanjaro rise behind them on a clear morning. The mountain often hides in cloud, so early drives give you the best odds.
You stay two nights at Nyati Safari Camp, a small and simple camp with full board meals. It is honest budget accommodation: clean, basic and focused on getting you into the park, not on luxury extras. If you would like more comfort, you can upgrade to Sentrim Amboseli, which has a pool.
The trip gives you three game drives: an afternoon drive on arrival, a full day in the park and a final morning drive before the road home. Amboseli has no rhino, so it is not a Big Five park, but it is one of the best places in Africa to watch elephants, alongside lion, buffalo, giraffe, zebra, hippo and hundreds of bird species. Departures leave every Friday with a maximum of seven guests.

Shared Safari Van: A Toyota Hiace with a pop up roof, shared with no more than seven guests, so everyone gets a window.
Friday Departures: Trips leave Nairobi every Friday and return on Sunday, so most people take only one day off work.
Simple Camp, Full Board: Two nights at Nyati Safari Camp with breakfast, lunch and dinner included. Basic, clean and budget friendly.
Three Game Drives: An afternoon drive on arrival, a full day in the park and a last morning drive before heading home.
Park Fees Included: Three days of Amboseli National Park entry fees are already in the price, so there is nothing to pay at the gate.

Package Itinerary
The package itinerary is as follows
Amboseli Cheap Safari Itinerary with Baecation Adventures from Nairobi
Day 1: Friday, Nairobi to Amboseli
Morning: Heading South Pickup is at 6:30am from our Nairobi meeting point, confirmed when you book. The van joins Mombasa Road to Emali, then turns south through Kimana towards Amboseli. On a clear day, Kilimanjaro comes into view on the way.
Afternoon: First Game Drive Check in at Nyati Safari Camp and have lunch, then head into the park for your first game drive as elephant herds move back towards the swamps.
Evening: Dinner at Camp Dinner at the camp and a relaxed evening with your fellow travellers.
Day 2: Saturday, Full Day in the Park
Morning: Dawn Drive Out early, when the air is cool, the animals are active and Kilimanjaro has its best chance of showing. Back to camp for breakfast.
Afternoon: Swamps and Plains After lunch at camp, a second drive takes you along the swamps, where elephants wade and hippos surface, and across the open plains.
Evening: Last Night in Amboseli Dinner at camp, with stories from the day.
Day 3: Sunday, Back to Nairobi
Morning: Final Game Drive A last early drive for more sightings, then breakfast and checkout.
Afternoon: The Road Home The drive back north through Kimana and Emali, with a lunch stop along the way at your own cost.
Evening: Arrival in Nairobi Drop off at the Nairobi meeting point in the late afternoon or early evening, depending on traffic.
