SGR from Nairobi to Mombasa (Miritini). A 5–6 hour scenic rail journey through Tsavo, Economy class as standard with a First Class upgrade available.
Shared road transfer, Miritini to Diani. Roughly 1 to 1.5 hours by shared vehicle, at approximately KES 3,000 per person.
Half-board accommodation, 2 nights. Breakfast and dinner included, with lunch left open to explore Diani's local restaurant scene.
Optional water sports and activities. Jet Skiing, snorkelling, glass-bottom boat tours, and scuba diving are all bookable locally, added only if you want them.
Optional couples massage. A relaxed way to unwind between beach days.

Day 1 — Nairobi to Diani
Morning SGR departure from Nairobi Terminus (Syokimau), arriving Mombasa Terminus (Miritini) around 2:00 PM. Shared transfer to your Diani guesthouse. Check-in, evening free.
