Watching a floodlit waterhole together in the dark, with the forest quiet around you, tends to do that on its own.

One night at Outspan Hotel, or similar, to settle in first. A historic property in Nyeri town with gardens and Mount Kenya views on a clear morning, giving you a calm evening before the main event rather than arriving and proposing the same day.
One night at Treetops, or similar, for the moment itself. Reached only by a mandatory transfer in the lodge's own vehicle from Outspan, fixed early-afternoon departure, no self-driving permitted, so plan the timing of the question around that transfer window.
Floodlit waterhole viewing included. Treetops looks directly onto its own waterhole and salt lick, lit through the night, giving you a natural, unstaged backdrop rather than anything that needs setting up.
Quiet viewing deck moments built into the evening. The lodge's public decks are ideal for stepping away from the dining room for a few minutes together after dinner, before or after asking.
Private return transfer via Bamm Tours. Road only, about 150 km from Nairobi via Karatina on the A2, roughly two and a half to three hours each way, discreet and door to door.
Optional add-ons that support the moment without overstaging it. Room decor, a champagne greeting, or a photographer can all be arranged, but none of it is forced into the package by default.
Package Itinerary
The package itinerary is as follows

Day 1 — Pickup: 8:00 AM from your Nairobi address or hotel.
Morning: Departure north on the A2, climbing through Karatina and tea country toward Nyeri. Arrival by late morning.
Afternoon: Check in to Outspan Hotel and take the afternoon easy. A walk through the gardens, a quiet coffee, whatever helps settle any nerves before tomorrow.
Evening: Dinner at Outspan, then an early night. Tomorrow's transfer to Treetops runs on a fixed schedule.
Day 2
Morning: Breakfast at Outspan, then the transfer up to Treetops in the lodge's own vehicle.
Afternoon: Check in and spend the afternoon on the viewing decks, watching the clearing below and letting the pace of the place take over.
Evening: Dinner at the lodge, then time on the viewing deck after dark to watch the floodlit waterhole together. This is where most couples choose to ask, though there's no obligation to time it to any particular moment; the whole evening is built for it.
Day 3
Morning: A final look at the waterhole in daylight, breakfast at the lodge, and the transfer back down to Outspan.
Afternoon: Departure back to Nairobi, arriving mid to late afternoon, with the engagement news having roughly three hours of car ride to properly sink in.
