Neither of those requires an overnight camp booking or a four figure nightly rate, they just require getting the timing right, which is exactly what this itinerary does.
You're based in Nanyuki town the whole time, comfortable and central, with the two standout moments of the trip built around the parts of Laikipia that don't come with the region's usual price tag.

Two nights at Falcon Heights Hotel, Nanyuki, or similar. A well reviewed hotel in Nanyuki town with a pool and breakfast included, roughly 30 to 40 minutes from Ol Pejeta's gate.
A dawn visit to Ol Pejeta's rhino sanctuary. Timed for early morning light, when the conservancy is quieter and the northern white rhinos, Najin and Fatu, are more likely to be active.
Lunch at Trout Tree Restaurant. A real, well known dining spot on the Burguret River near the Kiganjo to Nanyuki road, open for lunch only, 10 AM to 4:45 PM, closed Mondays, known for trout dishes and fresh juices.
Chimpanzee sanctuary access included with your Ol Pejeta entry. A meaningful stop in its own right, and included in the same day's admission as the rhino sanctuary.
Private return transfer via Bamm Tours. Road only for this route, roughly 195 km from Nairobi via Thika and Karatina on the A2, about three to four hours each way.
An optional upgrade if you want one night inside the conservancy. A "Sleep in the Conservancy" night can be added on request for couples who want to extend the anniversary with one splurge night under canvas.

The package itinerary is as follows
3-Day Affordable Anniversary Itinerary to Laikipia with Baecation Adventures from Nairobi
Day 1 — Pickup: 8:00 AM from your Nairobi address or hotel.
Morning: Departure north on the A2 through Thika and Karatina, Mount Kenya coming into view as you near Nanyuki.
Afternoon: Check in to Falcon Heights and settle in, with the rest of the afternoon free by the pool.
Evening: Dinner in Nanyuki town, and an early night ahead of tomorrow's early start.
Day 2
Morning: An early breakfast, then the drive to Ol Pejeta's gate for a dawn visit to the rhino sanctuary while the light is still soft and the conservancy is quiet.
Afternoon: A stop at the chimpanzee sanctuary, then the drive to Trout Tree Restaurant for a long, unhurried lunch above the Burguret River.
Evening: Back to Nanyuki, with the evening free to spend however suits the two of you.
Day 3
Morning: A relaxed breakfast and a last look at Mount Kenya before check out.
Afternoon: Departure back to Nairobi, arriving mid to late afternoon.
