Affordable Dubai and Maldives Honeymoon from Nairobi | 6 Days 5 Nights
Centara Ras Fushi Resort & Spa Maldives and Hampton by Hilton Dubai Al Barsha
Six days as newlyweds in two very different places: three nights in a beach villa on an adults only island in the Maldives, then two nights in Dubai for Burj Khalifa and the desert, with your flights and UAE visa from Nairobi in one price.
Affordable Dubai and Maldives Honeymoon from Nairobi: six days and five nights with return economy flights from JKIA on Emirates, checked baggage and your UAE tourist visa taken care of. You fly through Dubai to Malé, where a shared speedboat takes you about 15 to 20 minutes to Centara Ras Fushi Resort & Spa Maldives, an adults only resort on its own island in the North Malé Atoll. You spend three nights in a Lagoon View Beach Villa on the sand with breakfast and dinner every day, then fly back to Dubai for two nights at Hampton by Hilton Dubai Al Barsha before your flight home.
The island half of your honeymoon is slow on purpose: the house reef, a boat trip in search of dolphins and a whole day with nothing booked. The Dubai half brings the city: Burj Khalifa At the Top and an evening desert safari with a BBQ dinner. Kenyan passport holders get their Maldives visa on arrival, but every traveller must file an online traveller declaration before flying and carry a yellow fever certificate, and your planner sorts both with you along with your UAE visa. One price per person sharing covers the flights, hotel, transfers and every experience listed below, and one Baecation planner stays with you on WhatsApp from booking to landing home.
Some couples want the quiet island honeymoon. Others want the city, the shops and a story about the desert. This honeymoon gives you both, in the order that makes the most sense: rest first, then the city on your way home.
We start you in the Maldives because that is what you will have been dreaming about through the wedding planning. Three nights in a beach villa, with the lagoon at your door and dinner every evening, is time to recover from the wedding and start the marriage properly. Then a four hour flight takes you to Dubai, which sits on the way home anyway, for a full day of Burj Khalifa and the dunes before a morning flight lands you at JKIA in the early afternoon.
Every connection is planned for you. Your planner books both hotels, the speedboat, the airport transfers in Dubai and both experiences, applies for your UAE visa, files your Maldives traveller declarations with you and answers on WhatsApp if a flight moves.

About Package
More information about this package
Island nights: Your first three nights are at Centara Ras Fushi Resort & Spa Maldives, an adults only resort on its own island in the North Malé Atoll, or a comparable resort confirmed at booking. The resort has four restaurants, a pool bar, a lobby bar, a spa and a dive and watersports centre.
Your villa: In the Maldives you stay in a Lagoon View Beach Villa of about 45 square metres, set on the sand with the lagoon at your door. It has a lounging area looking out across the water, a king bed or twin beds, a shower, a balcony or terrace and a minibar.
Breakfast and dinner on the island: Breakfast is served at Oceans, the main restaurant. At dinner you choose between the international buffet at Oceans and a three course set menu at Suan Bua for Thai food, Al Khaimah for Middle Eastern food or La Brezza for Italian food. Each of you gets two drinks with dinner, one alcoholic and one soft drink. Lunch and other drinks are paid at the resort.
City nights: Your last two nights are at Hampton by Hilton Dubai Al Barsha, a 3 star Hilton hotel on Al Barsha 1 Street, or a comparable hotel confirmed at booking. It has a rooftop pool, a free hot buffet breakfast and Mashreq Metro Station about five minutes away on foot.
Burj Khalifa and the desert: Your Burj Khalifa ticket takes you to the viewing decks on Levels 124 and 125 in the morning, and in the afternoon a 4x4 takes you into the dunes for an evening desert safari with a BBQ dinner and live performances at the camp.
A dolphin trip and the house reef: In the Maldives, one shared boat trip by traditional dhoni in search of dolphins is included, and the resort's dive team has replanted a coral garden you can snorkel to from the shore. Trips run on the resort's own schedule and the dolphins are wild, so sightings are never promised.
Flights on Emirates: You fly overnight from JKIA to Dubai and on to Malé, landing in the middle of the afternoon. You fly back to Dubai on the evening of Day 4, and home on a morning flight on Day 6 that lands at JKIA in the early afternoon.
Three documents before you fly: Your UAE 30 day tourist visa is included and applied for through our Dubai partner once we have checked your documents. Newlyweds are often asked for extra papers, especially when a spouse's name is not yet in the passport, so we check your marriage certificate with you before anything is submitted. Maldives tourist visas are granted on arrival, but every traveller must file a free Traveller Declaration on the official IMUGA website within 96 hours before arriving and again before leaving, and the Maldives requires a yellow fever certificate from travellers arriving from Kenya. If you do not have a yellow fever card yet, get vaccinated at least 10 days before you travel.
Drinks and dress: The island resort serves alcohol and swimwear is fine anywhere on the island. Do not pack alcohol from duty free for the Maldives, as customs does not allow it into the country. In Dubai, cover shoulders and knees in heritage areas and malls.
One planner, start to finish: Your Baecation planner sends your e tickets, e visas and vouchers, files your traveller declarations with you, lets both hotels know you are on honeymoon and stays reachable on WhatsApp throughout. Any honeymoon touches the hotels choose to offer are their gift and are not guaranteed.
