Destination: Likki North, Mount Kenya Duration: 18 Hours (4:00 AM - 10:00 PM)
4:00 AM – Departure from Nairobi Set out bright and early from a central meeting point in Nairobi. Enjoy the peaceful drive toward Mount Kenya as the countryside awakens with the sunrise. Don’t forget to bring snacks, water, and warm clothing for the adventure ahead.
8:00 AM – Arrival at Old Moses Camp & Orientation Arrive at Old Moses Camp, the gateway to your hike. Meet your experienced guide for a detailed briefing on the day’s itinerary, safety tips, and the natural wonders you’ll encounter. Take a moment to adjust to the cool mountain air.
8:30 AM – Begin the Scenic Hike to Likki North Embark on your hike through lush trails surrounded by the stunning montane landscape of Mount Kenya. Traverse rolling moorlands, rocky paths, and patches of vibrant vegetation as you make your way to Likki North.
